Dassault Aviation launched a promotional campaign for its combat-proven multirole fighter jet Rafale at Langkawai International Maritime and Aerospace (LIMA) '13, LIMA '15, and Defence Services Asia (DSA) 2016 exhibitions, as the Royal Malaysian Air Force looked to replace its aging fleet of MIG-29 fighter aircraft. Malaysia was looking to buy up to 18 new aircraft with a total budget of USD2 billion. The French aviation company stepped up its marketing efforts as it battled against the persistence of BAE System's Eurofighter Typhoon, the only other serious contender in the race.
Working closely with our PR partner Jireh Consult, we were tasked to create a visual identity and subsequently promotional collateral for the Rafale, which covered press advertising, digital ads, and exhibition booth design for Dassault Aviation's participation in the various LIMA and DSA trade exhibitions.
